SBS-岩沥青复合改性沥青高温流变性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对普通沥青胶结料高温性能欠佳的问题,选择SBS(Styrene Butadiene Styrene block copolymer,SBS)和岩沥青2种材料对SK-90#基质沥青进行复合改性,制备得到SBS-岩沥青复合改性沥青,并通过动态剪切流变试验对其高温流变性能进行研究.结果表明:岩沥青和SBS可有效改善SK-90#基质沥青的高温稳定性.未老化下,岩沥青掺量为12%时,60、70、82℃温度下SBS-岩沥青复合改性沥青蒸发残留物的复数模量分别是SBS改性沥青的3.81倍、3.39倍和3.11倍,车辙因子分别是SBS改性沥青的3.96倍、3.41倍和2.99倍;老化下,岩沥青掺量为12%时,60、70、82℃温度下SBS-岩沥青复合改性沥青蒸发残留物的复数模量分别是SBS改性沥青的3.51倍、3.37倍和3.22倍,车辙因子分别是SBS改性沥青的3.65倍、3.50倍和3.32倍. In order to solve the problem of poor performance of ordinary asphalt binder at high temperature,SBS(Styrene Butadiene Styrene block copolymer,SBS)and rock asphalt were used for composite modification of SK90#matrix asphalt.The high temperature rheological properties were studied by dynamic shear rheological test.The results show that rock asphalt and SBS can effectively improve the high temperature stability of SK-90#base asphalt.Under the condition of no aging,when the rock asphalt content is 12%,the complex modulus of evaporation residue of SBS and rock asphalt composite modified asphalt is 3.81,3.39 and 3.11 times of SBS modified asphalt at 60℃,70℃and 82℃,and the rutting factor is 3.96,3.41 and 2.99 times of SBS modified asphalt,respectively.Under aging,when the rock asphalt content is 12%,the complex modulus of evaporation residue of SBS and rock asphalt composite modified asphalt at 60℃,70℃and 82℃is 3.51,3.37 and 3.22 times of SBS modified asphalt,and the rutted factor is 3.65,3.50 and 3.32 times of SBS modified asphalt,respectively.
