摘要 针对机械臂金属手爪钳口摩擦力较小不利于抓取物体、电源抗干扰能力较弱、小臂夹持物品精确性低等问题,提出了一种基于Solidwork的机械臂结构设计方法,分别对机械臂的手爪、小臂、大臂及回转等结构进行了设计.机械臂手爪部分增添了橡胶钳口,小臂设计中增添了俯仰转动;通过Solidwork软件对机械臂零部件进行优化,电源连线时将直流稳压和低通滤波结合,实现机械臂结构优化设计.结果表明:所提方法在夹持物品性能方面精度高、稳定性好,并具有很强的电源抗干扰能力. For the problems of small friction force of metal hand claw of mechanical arm,weak anti-interference ability of power supply and low accuracy of forearm gripping objects,a structure design method of mechanical arm based on SolidWork was proposed.The structures of manipulator claw,forearm,big arm and rotation were designed respectively.The rubber jaws are added in claw part of the mechanical arm,and the pitching rotation is added in the design of the forearm.The SolidWork software was used to optimize the parts of the manipulator,and the DC voltage regulator and low-pass filter were combined when the power supply was connected to realize the structural optimization design of the manipulator.The results show that the proposed method has high precision,good stability and strong power anti-jamming ability.
