摘要
针对传统单一PLC控制电梯稳定性与实时性差、监控不便等缺陷,提出了一种采用西门子S7-200 PLC控制器和海湾HW-BA5201 DDC控制器为双核心的电梯控制系统模型.结果表明:利用ForceControl组态软件开发的电梯运行界面友好,辅以西门子G120变频器实现电梯变频调速运行,可有效提高系统实时性与乘客舒适度;电梯控制系统监控便利、运行稳定.
Aiming at the defects of traditional elevator control system using single PLC,such as poor stability and real-time performance,inconvenient monitoring and so on,a double core elevator control system model based on Siemens S7-200 PLC controller and HW-BA5201 DDC controller is proposed.The elevator operation interface developed by ForceControl configuration software is friendly.Supplemented by Siemens G120 frequency converter to realize elevator variable frequency speed regulation,the real-time performance of the system and passenger comfort can be effectively improved,the elevator control system has convenient monitoring and stable operation.
