摘要
分析一批客车侧窗下部填缝胶处腐蚀的原因。从工艺设计、施工过程控制、物料质量控制及运营过程管理等方面制定改进措施,侧窗密封和防腐性能得到明显改善。
This paper analyzes the corrosion reasons at sealant joint under side windows of a group of buses,and formulates improving measures from aspects of technological design,working process control,material quality control and operation process management.The improvement of sealing and anti-corrosion performances of the side windows is notable.
