不同pH对质子交换膜燃料电池高氮不锈钢双极板电化学及钝化行为的影响 被引量:1

Influence of different pH on the electrochemical and passivity behaviour of HNSS bipolar plates for PEMFCs

摘要 在模拟的质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFCs)环境下,改变电解液pH为1、3及5,考察pH值对高氮不锈钢(HNSS)在上述环境下电化学行为及钝化膜性能的影响.通过极化曲线、交流阻抗、Mott-Schottky方法以及X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)来分析高氮钢表面的电化学行为及钝化膜的成份.结果表明,高氮不锈钢表面形成的钝化膜具有n型半导体及p型半导体性质,掺杂深度随着pH增加而减少.通过交流阻抗分析发现钝化膜为双层结构,高氮钢表面没有发生点蚀.钝化后,XPS结果表明钝化膜主要是铁氧化物、锰氧化物,镍氧化物及铬氧化物等. In the simulated proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFCs)environment,the pH of the electrolyte was changed to 1,3,and 5.The effect of pH on the electrochemical behavior and passive film of high nitrogen stainless steel(HNSS)under the above environment was investigated.Polarization curve,AC impedance,Mott-Schottky method and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)were used to analyze the electrochemical behavior of the surface of high nitrogen steel and the composition of the passive film.The results show that there are n-type and p-type semiconductor behaviors in the passive film formed on the surface of high nitrogen stainless steel.The density of doping decreases with the increase of pH.Through AC impedance analysis,it is found that the passivation film has a double-layer structure,and there is no pitting corrosion on the surface of high nitrogen steel.After passivation,the results of XPS show that the passivation film is mainly composed of iron oxide,manganese oxide,nickel oxide and chromium oxide.
