齐刺联合烧针柄法治疗急性发作期腰背肌筋膜炎临床观察

Efficacy of Triple Needling Combined with Burning Needle Handle in the Treatment of Lumbar Dorsal Myofascitis during Acute Attack

目的观察齐刺配合烧针柄法对于腰背肌筋膜炎急性发作期的临床疗效。方法将70例急性发作期腰背肌筋膜炎患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各35例,分别予齐刺联合烧针柄法以及普通针刺治疗,治疗前后分别用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)进行评定,以评估临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为94.12%,明显高于对照组的79.41%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组VAS疼痛评分以及ODI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论齐刺联合烧针柄法对于急性发作期腰背肌筋膜炎患者疼痛的症状及腰背部功能均有很好的改善作用,疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of triple needling combined with burning needle handle in the treatment of lumbar dorsal myofascitis during acute attack.Methods:Seventy patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with triple needling combined with burning needle handle,as well as conventional acupuncture,respectively.Before and after treatment,the VAS score and ODI index were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy in two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group(94.12%)was significantly higher than that of control group(79.41%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS pain score and ODI score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Triple needling combined with burning needle handle has a good and definite effect on improving the symptoms of pain and functions of lumbar and back in patients with lumbar dorsal myofascitis during acute attack.
