摘要
本文的目的在于设计一种较高精度的非接触式的基于红外技术的测温系统,硬件中微控制器采用STM32F103RCT6单片机,基于红外技术的温度传感器采用BM43THA芯片,同时激光测距模块采用VL53L0X芯片,环境温度的测量模块采用DS18B20芯片,另外增加了DHT11芯片对本文设计的红外测温系统进行温度误差的补偿。本设计功能上实现了高温报警、与上位机的实时温度交互,有效地提高了环境温度和测温距离对测温系统的精度。
The purpose of this paper is to design a high-precision non-contact temperature measurement system based on infrared technology.The microcontroller in the hardware adopts STM32F103RCT6 single chip microcomputer,the temperature sensor based on infrared technology adopts BM43THA chip,the laser ranging module adopts VL53L0X chip,and the ambient temperature measurement module adopts DS18B20 chip.In addition,DHT11 chip is added to compensate the temperature error of the infrared temperature measurement system designed in this paper.This design realizes the high temperature alarm and real-time temperature interaction with the host computer,and effectively improves the accuracy of the environmental temperature and temperature measurement distance to the temperature measurement system.
