267例艾滋病贫血患者的证候要素分析

Syndrome Factors in Patients with AIDS Anemia:An Analysis of 267 Cases

目的探究艾滋病贫血患者的证候要素的分布规律,以期对其中医临床诊疗提供理论依据。方法采集267例艾滋病贫血患者的临床资料(包括40个症状、舌象和脉象等),建立数据库矩阵,运用因子分析方法归纳患者各证候要素的分布情况。结果共提取得到15个公因子,归纳出6个证候要素,其方差累积贡献率为69.664%,其病性有气虚、血虚、阴虚、阳虚、痰湿、热;病位有脾、肾、胃、心、肝、肺。结论艾滋病贫血的基本病性为本虚证,以气虚为主;主要涉及的病位为脾、肾,提示其治疗宜健脾益肾,气血双补。

Objective To investigate the distribution of syndrome factors in patients with AIDS anemia.Methods Clinical data were collected from 267 patients with AIDS anemia(including 40 symptoms,tongue manifestation,and pulse manifestation)to establish a database matrix,and a factor analysis was performed to summarize the distribution of each syndrome factor.Results A total of 15 common factors were extracted and 6 syndrome factors were summarized,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 69.664%.Disease nature included Qi deficiency,blood deficiency,Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,phlegm dampness,and heat,and disease location included the spleen,kidney,stomach,heart,liver,and lungs.Conclusion The syndrome of deficiency in origin is the basic disease nature of AIDS anemia,mainly Qi deficiency,and the spleen and the kidney are the main disease locations involved.Therefore,the treatment of AIDS anemia should focus on strengthening the spleen,nourishing the kidney,and tonifying Qi-blood.
