生长时间和栽培模式对柴胡根际微生物群落结构的影响 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】研究不同生长时间和栽培模式下柴胡根际微生物群落的动态变化。【方法】采用Illumina MiSeq测序技术对柴胡根际土壤中微生物的多样性和群落结构进行分析。【结果】与间作和轮作相比,连续种植降低了柴胡根际土壤细菌的多样性和丰富度。在连续种植后,真菌丰富度和多样性呈先降低后增加的趋势。柴胡与玉米间作或轮作减少了真菌的丰度,但两种栽培模式都提高了真菌的多样性。连续种植改变了根际土壤细菌和真菌群落结构,降低了有益微生物的相对丰度,提高了有害菌的相对丰度,从而增加了土壤传播疾病的风险。相反,柴胡与玉米间作或轮作则增加了有益微生物的丰度。【结论】在实际生产中,通过调整柴胡与玉米间作或轮作等栽培模式来保持根际微生物的菌落结构稳定,促进柴胡种植业的健康发展。 【Objective】The peresent study aimed to analyze dynamic changes in rhizosphere microbial community of Bupleurum chinense DC.as influenced by growth time and cultivation patterns.【Method】The Illumina MiSeq sequencing was performed to evaluate diversity and abundance of bacteria and fungi in the rhizosphere soil of Bupleurum chinense DC..【Result】Continuous cropping reduced the diversity and richness of bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of Bupleurum chinense DC.,when compared with intercropping and crop rotation.The fungal richness and diversity were decreased initially and then increased in continuous cropping.Although intercropping and crop rotation reduced the abundance of fungi, both improved fungal diversity.Continuous cropping changed the rhizosphere soil bacterial and fungal community structure, and reduced the abundance of beneficial microorganisms, thereby increasing the risk of soil-borne diseases.In contrast, intercropping and rotation increased the abundance of beneficial microorganisms.【Conclusion】In the production, the intercropping or rotation of Bupleurum chinense DC.and maize could be adjusted to maintain the stability of rhizosphere microorganism structure and promote the healthy development of Bupleurum chinense DC.planting industry.
