摘要
采用泡沫氧化传质技术合成苯酚。反应物苯甲酸和产物苯酚在反应中始终都为稀溶液状态;按拉乌尔-亨利定律稀溶液依数性要求,确定反应液中苯酚的物质的量分数,苯酚选择性达92.9%。此外,设计验证了预测苯甲酸转化率达到经济指标的数学模型。
Foam oxidation mass transfer technology was used in the synthesis process of phenol.The reactant benzoic acid and the product phenol were always in dilute solution state during the reaction.According to Raoult-Henry′s law,the molar fraction of phenol in the reaction solution was determined,and the selectivity of phenol was 92.9%.In addition,the mathematical model for predicting benzoic acid conversion rate was designed and verified.
