摘要
对扎龙湿地同一生境2种不同表型的芦苇进行生理生化指标测定,分析2型芦苇在生理生化代谢水平的差异.结果表明,铁秆芦苇的鲜质量、干质量、可溶性蛋白质量浓度、脯氨酸质量浓度均极显著高于普通芦苇(P<0.01),铁秆芦苇的叶绿素含量、可溶性糖浓度、过氧化物酶活性显著高于普通芦苇(P<0.05);两型芦苇的Ca质量浓度差异不显著,铁秆芦苇的S,Mg质量浓度高于普通芦苇(P<0.05),普通芦苇的P,K,Fe,Cu,Na质量浓度显著或极显著高于铁秆芦苇(P<0.05或P<0.01),铁秆芦苇的4种重金属Cd,Hg,Pb,Cr质量浓度均显著低于普通芦苇(P<0.05).由此可见,普通芦苇具有较强的重金属富集能力;而铁秆芦苇的生理调节机制、生物代谢水平较好,缓解质膜氧化及抗性更强,在同一生境中铁秆芦苇长势优于普通芦苇.
Physiological and biochemical indexes were measured that two different phenotypes of reed in the same habitat of Zhalong Wetland,and differences of physiological and biochemical metabolism were analyzed.The results showed that,the fresh quality,dry quality,soluble protein content and proline content of tiegan reed were significantly higher than those of common reed(P<0.01),the chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and peroxidase activity of tiegan reed were significantly higher than those of common reed(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Ca content between two types of reed,the content of S and Mg in tiegan reed were higher than that in common reed(P<0.05),the contents of P,K,Fe,Cu and Na in common reed were significantly higher than those in tiegan reed(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the contents of Cd,Hg,Pb and Cr of the four heavy metals in tiegan reed were significantly lower than those in common reed(P<0.05).As can be seen,common reed has a strong ability to accumulate heavy metals.The physiological regulation mechanism and the level of biological metabolism of tiegan reed were better,and the resistance of tiegan reed to plasma membrane oxidation was stronger,the growth of tiegan reed was superior to that of common reed in the same habitat.
