不同基质对苜蓿分化苗移栽及生长的影响

摘要 为了筛选适合龙牧806苜蓿分化苗生长的栽培基质,选用园土、草炭土、珍珠岩、蛭石为原材料,配制4种不同的栽培基质,探讨不同基质对苜蓿分化苗成活率和生长的影响.结果表明,不同混合基质对苜蓿分化苗的成活率和生长均产生不同的影响.T_(1)分化苗成活率最高,为71.93%,与园土(T_(0))比较差异显著;从基质的物理性质变化综合分析,T_(1)混合基质对分化苗的生长有良好的促进作用,株高达28.30 cm,主根长为6.454 cm,根数为4.80条,叶面积为3.172 mm^(2).筛选对苜蓿分化苗移栽比较好的混合基质为V_(园土)∶V_(草炭土)∶V_(珍珠岩)∶V_(蛭石)=1∶2∶2∶2. In order to select the suitable substrate for the growth of differentiated alfalfa seedlings in Longmu 806,four different substrates were prepared by using garden soil,peat soil,perlite and vermiculite as raw materials to explore the effects of different substrates on the survival rate and growthof differentiated alfalfa seedlings.The results showed that different mixed substrates had different effects on the survival rate and growth of differentiated alfalfa seedlings.The highest survival rate of T_(1) differentiated seedlings was 71.93%,which was significantly different from that of garden soil(T_(0)).Based on the comprehensive analysis of physical properties of substrate,T_(1) mixed substrate promoted the growth of differentiated seedlings,with the plant height of 28.30 cm,taproot length of 6.454 cm,root number of 4.80,and leaf area of 3.172 mm2.The best mixed matrix for transplanting differentiated alfalfa seedlings was V_(garden soil):V_(peat soil):V_(perlite):V_(vermiculite)=1∶2∶2∶2.
