医教协同背景下省域临床教学基地建设状况及问题对策研究

Analysis on the current situation,problems and countermeasures of provincial clinical teaching bases under the background of health and education coordination

目的:为推动临床教学基地高质量发展提供政策建议。方法:通过研究省域临床教学基地建设现状,分析探讨当前临床教学基地建设和运行中存在的重点问题。结果:省域临床教学基地在"院校协同""人才培养""规范管理"等方面存在问题,针对问题提出"深化医教协同、促进校院合作""优化基地标准、提高建设水平""规范基地管理、强化临床教学"和"加强师资队伍、提升综合能力"等对策建议。结论:临床教学基地建设的阶段性问题或困境正在通过医教协同深入开展和校院共同发力逐步得到解决。

Objective:To provide policy suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of clinical teaching bases.Methods:Through researching the status of provincial clinical teaching bases construction,analyze and discuss the key issues existing in the current clinical teaching base construction and operation.Results:Provincial clinical teaching bases have problems in"collaboration of universities","talents training",and"standardized management".In response to the problems,"deepening health and education coordination","optimizing base standards","standardizing base management"and"strengthening the faculty"were proposed.Conclusion:The staged problems or predicaments in the construction of clinical teaching bases are being gradually solved through the in-depth development of health and education coordination and the joint efforts of universities and colleges.
