摘要
目前,公共卫生复合型人才培养面临着培养模式不能较好适应突发疫情防控需求、人才知识储备不全面、人才存量与增量相对不足的问题。建议加强政策支持与引导;强化"平战结合"的培养理念;构建对于公共卫生复合型人才"引得进、留得住"的长效机制;总结新冠肺炎疫情防控经验,更好地防范与应对公共卫生事件。
At present,the training of public health compound talents is faced with the problems that the training model cannot better adapt to the needs of sudden epidemic prevention and control,the talent knowledge reserve is not comprehensive,and the talent stock and increase are relatively insufficient.It is recommended to strengthen policy support and guidance;strengthen the training concept of"combination of peace and war";build a long-term mechanism for‘introduction and retention’of public health talents;summarize the experience in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 to better prevent and responding to public health incidents.
