摘要
2020年新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对全国经济造成巨大冲击,医院运营节奏也被完全打乱,短期内严重收不抵支,绩效分配工作面临重重困难。笔者以北京市某三级综合公立医院此阶段绩效分配实践为例,深度分析新冠肺炎疫情下绩效分配工作的重点和难点,为未来常态化疫情防控下公立医院绩效分配工作提供参考及建议。
In 2020,the COVID-19 caused a huge impact on the national economy,and the pace of hospital operations has been completely disrupted.In the short term,it has caused serious income insufficiency and performance allocation is facing numerous difficulties.The author takes the performance distribution practice of a GradeⅢgeneral public hospital in Beijing as an example to analyze the key points and difficulties of performance allocation under the COVID-19,and provide references and suggestions for the performance allocation of public hospitals under normalized epidemic prevention and control in the future.
