摘要
针对装配式建筑项目施工质量评价指标的非线性、灰色性和模糊性等特点,提出基于Shapley值赋权的装配式建筑项目施工质量灰色综合评价模型。首先从装配式建筑施工全过程角度出发建立了由施工前、施工中和施工后三阶段组成的施工质量评价指标体系;然后引入Shapley值进行组合赋权,有效地处理了指标之间相互作用;并通过灰色系统理论对装配式建筑项目施工质量进行更加科学的定量化评价,更好地解决了部分指标不完整对评价结果带来的失真影响;最后通过具体的装配式建筑实例验证了该方法的有效性和稳定性。
According to the characteristics of non-linearity,grey property and fuzziness of the construction quality evaluation index of prefabricated building project,a grey clustering evaluation model of the construction quality of prefabricated building project based on Shapley value weighing is proposed.Firstly,from the perspective of the whole construction process of prefabricated building,the construction quality evaluation index system is established,which is composed of three stages before,during and after construction.Secondly,Shapley value is introduced for combination weighting to effectively deal with the interaction between the indexes.Moreover,the more scientific and quantitative evaluation of the construction quality of prefabricated building project is carried out through the grey system theory,which better solves the distortion impact of incomplete indicators on the evaluation results.Finally,the effectiveness and stability of the method are verified by a specific assembly building example.
