热射病相关肺损伤机制及治疗研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年来高温极端天气频发,城市热岛效应加剧,热射病发病率呈逐年上升趋势,严重危害运动员、军事人员、体力劳动者以及年老体弱等人群的身体健康。肺作为气体交换和散热的重要器官,是热射病发展进程中较早受到损害的器官之一。热射病引起急性肺损伤后会加重机体缺氧,导致其他脏器损害进一步加重。随着对热射病认识的深入,其对组织器官损伤相关的改变已备受关注。目前针对热射病相关肺损伤发生发展的机制尚无明确定论,对该疾病的治疗策略和要点并无系统总结。因此,本文拟对热射病相关肺损伤的发病机制以及治疗研究进展进行综述,为其临床治疗和研究提供新思路、寻求新的靶点。 In recent years,high temperature and extreme weather have occurred frequently,the urban heat island effect has intensified,and the incidence of heat stroke(HS)has been increasing year by year,seriously endangering the health of athletes,soldiers,manual workers,and the aged.As an important organ for gas exchange and heat dissipation,the lung is one of the organs damaged earlier in the development of heat stroke.Acute lung injury caused by heat stroke will aggravate the body’s hypoxia,leading to further aggravation of other organ damage.With the deepening of the understanding of heat stroke,its changes related to tissue and organ damage have attracted much attention.At present,there is no clear conclusion on the mechanism of the occurrence and development of HS-related lung injury,and there is no systematic summary of the treatment strategies and key points of the disease.Therefore,this paper intends to review the pathogenesis and treatment research progress of HS-related lung injury,to provide new ideas and seek new targets for its clinical treatment and research.
