摘要
目的观察两种不同设计的角膜塑形镜对青少年低度近视的控制效果及对眼部生物学参数的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年2月至2018年8月于西安市第一医院就诊的青少年低度近视患者97例194眼,视觉重塑(vision shaping treatment,VST)组(49例98眼),角膜屈光矫正(corneal refractive therapy,CRT)组(48例96眼)。观察2组戴镜前及戴镜后0.5、1、1.5、2年的眼轴长度、角膜厚度、前房深度、瞳孔直径的变化及眼部并发症发生情况。结果戴镜后,随着时间延长2组患者的眼轴长度均增加,但各时间点2组之间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);角膜厚度(μm)、前房深度(mm)、瞳孔直径(mm)在戴镜前后均无明显变化(P>0.05);随访2年,CRT组和VST组眼部并发症总发生率分别为10.41%和14.28%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同设计的两种角膜塑形镜均能有效控制青少年低度近视的进展,且对眼部生物学参数无明显影响。
Objective To observe the effect of two different designs of orthokeratology lenses on the control of low-grade myopia in adolescents and their influence on the biological parameters of the eye.Methods A retrospective analysis of 97 adolescent patients with low myopia who were treated at Xi’an NO.1 Hospital from February 2018 to August 2018,194 eyes,vision shaping treatment(VST) group(49 cases 98 eyes)and corneal refractive therapy(CRT) group(48 cases,96 eyes).The changes of the axial length,corneal thickness,anterior chamber depth,pupil diameter and the occurrence of ocular complications of the two groups before and after wearing the glasses 0.5,1,1.5,2 years were observed.Results After wearing the glasses,the axial length of the two groups of patients increased with time,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups at each time point(P>0.05).Corneal thickness(μm),anterior chamber depth(mm),and pupil diameter(mm) did not change significantly before and after wearing the lens(P>0.05).After 2 years of follow-up,the total incidence of ocular complications in the CRT group and VST group were 10.41% and 14.28%,respectively,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Both orthokeratology lenses can effectively control the progression of low-grade myopia in adolescents,and have no significant effect on the biological parameters of the eye.
