摘要
目的测量延安地区健康成人的丘脑体积,探讨丘脑体积与年龄增长的规律,为丘脑相关疾病的规范化评估提供定量依据。方法招募延安大学附属医院心脑血管病区体检的志愿者320名,按不同年龄阶段分为20~40岁(1组)、41~50岁(2组)、51~60岁(3组)、61~80岁(4组),男女各160人,每组80人。所有志愿者均应用3.0 TSiemens MRI扫描仪采集图像,使用uAI-MR脑结构智能分析系统(uAI discover brain,uAI)自动勾画丘脑的界限,得出双侧丘脑的体积与总体积。结果 1、2、3、4组人群左侧丘脑体积的平均值分别为(7.4956±0.988)、(7.2595±0.953)、(6.8235±0.899)(6.4393±0.859)cm^(3),右侧丘脑体积的平均值分别为(7.4856±1.095)、(7.1932±0.981)、(6.7965±0.983)(6.4727±0.846)cm^(3)。结论 uAI可以准确、快速测量人脑体积,具有较强的可行性和可重复性;随着年龄的增长,丘脑逐渐萎缩。
Objective To measure the thalamic volume of healthy adult volunteers in Yan’an area,and to investigate the changes of thalamic volume with age,so as to provide basis to detect and evaluate thalamus related diseases.Methods 320 volunteers in the cardio cerebrovascular hospital of Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University were selected and then divided them into 4 groups:20~40(group 1),41~50(group 2),51~60(group 3)and 61~80(group 4)years old,80 people in each group.All volunteers would use 3.0 T Siemens MRI to collect images and use uAI discover brain(uAI) software to automatically draw the boundaries of thalamus,then,the volume of bilateral thalamus would be obtained by algorithm.Results The mean values of left thalamic volume between group 1,2,3 and 4 were(7.4956±0.988),(7.2595±0.953),(6.8235±0.899)and(6.4393±0.859) cm^(3),respectively.The mean values of right thalamic volume were(7.4856±1.095),(7.1932±0.981),(6.7965±0.983)and(6.4727±0.846)cm^(3),respectively.Conclusion uAI software can accurately and quickly measure the volume of human brain,which has strong feasibility and repeatability.With the increase of age,the thalamus gradually shrinks.
