基于阴/阳离子原位沉淀的高黏附农药助剂研制 被引量:1

摘要 为了获得具有即用可能的叶部农药高黏附助剂配方,选取市售4种阳离子和6种阴离子,进行基于阴/阳离子原位沉淀反应的高黏附农药助剂研制。通过助剂配对组合、质量分数、质量分数比、pH值等条件优化,以及对嘧菌酯在烟草和枇杷叶片表面附着性能的测试,获得了3组优选配方:ST-pH6-0.1%SAS-0.3%HACC、BS-pH5-0.1%MADs-0.1%PEI和BS-pH5-0.3%SAS-0.1%HACC。嘧菌酯在烟草和枇杷叶片上的相对附着率分别比无助剂组提高了2.27、1.96、1.68倍和1.17、0.82、0.58倍。优选配方均为阴离子型表面活性剂/多聚阳离子组合,显著区别于已见报道的配方,对农药增效剂研发具有参考价值。 In order to obtain the formula of highly adhesive adjuvant for leaf-spraying pesticide with ready-to-use possibility,four cations and six anions were selected from the market to develop highly adhesive pesticide adjuvant based on anionic/cationic in-situ precipitation.Through optimization of adjuvant compatibility,mass fraction,mass fraction ratio and pH value,and performance test of azoxystrobin on the surface adhesion of tobacco and loquat leaves were evaluated,three groups of optimal formula were obtained,consisting of ST-pH6-0.1%SAS-0.3%HACC,BS-pH5-0.1%MADs-0.1%PEI and BS-pH5-0.3%SAS-0.1%HACC.Relative adhesion rate of azoxystrobin on the surface of tobacco and loquat leaves is increased 2.27,1.96,1.68 times and 1.17,0.82,0.58 times than the control group,respectively.The optimal formulas are combinations of anionic surfactant and polycation,showing significant differences from other reported formulas,which have reference value for research and development of pesticide synergists.
