摘要
目的探讨老年冠心病患者生长分化因子15(growth differentiation factor-15,GDF-15)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)的表达及与心脏外膜脂肪厚度的相关性。方法选择2019年2月至2021年2月我院接诊的124例老年冠心病患者为本研究对象,设为病例组,并选择我院同期体检健康人群100例作为对照组,分析血清GDF-15、hs-CRP、心脏外膜脂肪厚度、心外膜脂肪CT值水平变化情况,及其之间的相关性分析。结果病例组患者血清GDF-15、hs-CRP、心脏外膜脂肪厚度、心外膜脂肪CT值水平显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);单支病变患者血清GDF-15、hs-CRP、心脏外膜脂肪厚度、心外膜脂肪CT值水平显著低于双支病变、三支病变患者,双支病变患者血清GDF-15、hs-CRP、心脏外膜脂肪厚度、心外膜脂肪CT值水平显著低于三支病变患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析结果中显示,GDF-15、hs-CRP和心脏外膜脂肪厚度、心外膜脂肪CT值之间均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论在老年冠心病患者中血清GDF-15、hs-CRP的表达和心脏外膜脂肪厚度之间存在着密切关系,可用于准确评价冠状动脉病变严重程度。
Objective To study the expression of growth differentiation factor 15(GDF-15),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and their correlations with the thickness of cardiac adventitia fat.Methods 124 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from February,2019 to February,2021 were selected as the research subjects,while 100 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The changes of serum GDF-15,hs-CRP,thickness of epicardial fat and CT value of epicardial fat were analyzed among all subjects.The correlation analysis among them was then conducted.Results Serum GDF-15,hs-CRP,the thickness of epicardial fat and the CT values of epicardial fat in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum GDF-15,hs-CRP,epicardial fat thickness and epicardial fat in patients with single-vessel disease were significantly lower than those in patients with double-vessel disease and three-vessel disease.The levels of serum GDF-15,hs-CRP,epicardial fat thickness and epicardial fat in patients with double-vessel disease were significantly lower than those in patients with three-vessel disease(P<0.05).Correlation analysis results showed that GDF-15 and hs-CRP were positively correlated with the thickness and CT value of epicardial fat(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with coronary heart disease,the expression of serum GDF-15 and hs-CRP is closely related to the thickness of cardiac adventitia fat,which can be used to accurately evaluate the severity of coronary artery disease.
