应用ISO20914将常规化学项目不确定度应用于检验报告的探讨

A Discussion on the Application of Uncertainty of Routine Chemical Items in Inspection Report with ISO20914

目的探讨不确定度应用于检验报告的可行性。方法应用ISO20914提供的方法计算实验室不确定度,评价不确定度是否满足行标要求,并计算每日不确定度以报告形式提供给临床。结果长期不确定度满足行标要求,并且葡萄糖项目的不确定度在临床决定水平附近时可以给内分泌科医生提供帮助。结论不确定度在具有临床决定水平的项目上可以帮助临床医生作出更恰当的诊治。

Objective To study and discuss the feasibility of applying uncertainty to inspection report.Methods The method provided by ISO20914 was applied to calculate the laboratory uncertainty,also evaluate whether the uncertainty met the requirements of standard.We then calculated the daily uncertainty,and provided it to the clinical practice in the form of report.Results The long-term uncertainty met the requirements of industry standard.When the uncertainty of glucose project was close to the clinical decision level,it was able to provide helpful information for endocrinologists.Conclusion Our results show that uncertainty can facilitate clinicians to make more appropriate diagnosis and treatment on the items with clinical decision level.
