摘要 基于可接受风险基准,利用CASST-QRA风险评价软件,对某公司生产装置和储罐进行泄漏事故后果模拟评估,确定个人风险、社会风险和外部安全防护距离。研究结果表明,风险等值线内涉及到一般防护目标中的一类目标和三类目标,个人风险不可接受,为确保项目的顺利实施,提出对A村实施搬迁、B公司实施搬迁或收购的建议。本研究可对企业在项目设计阶段的选址提供参考。 Based on acceptable risk benchmarks and using CASST-QRA risk assessment software,this paper conducts a simulation assessment of the consequences of a leakage accident on a company’s production plant and storage tanks,and determines personal risks,social risks and external safety protection distances.The research results show that the risk contour involves the first and third types of general protection goals,and the personal risk is unacceptable.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,it proposes the suggestion for the relocation of Village A and the relocation or acquisition of Company B.This research can provide a reference for the company’s project site selection in the design stage.
