摘要
以PEG、PA、PDMS/DVB、CAR/PDMS和DVB/CAR/PDMS等5种萃取头为对象,比较了不同萃取头对浓香型白酒挥发性风味物质萃取的效果和特点。结果表明,复合涂层萃取头在检出物数量及丰度方面均优于单涂层的萃取头;PEG对缩醛类物质和己酸乙酯的萃取效率最低;PA萃取头对醇类化合物的吸附能力较强;PEG和PA萃取头对酸类的萃取效果较好;DVB/CAR/PDMS萃取头对己酸乙酯吸附能力最强;CAR/PDMS和DVB/CAR/PDMS萃取头对呋喃类、醛及缩醛类均有较高的吸附能力。
Five kinds of solid phase micro-extration fibers,including PEG,PA,PDMS/DVB,CAR/PDMS and DVB/CAR/PDMS,were tested to compare their extraction effect and characteristics in the detection of volatile compounds in Nongxiang Baijiu.The re-sults showed that mixed-phase fibers were superior to single-phase fibers in number and abundance of the detected compounds.PEG had the lowest extraction efficiency for acetals and ethyl hexanoate;PA had high extraction capacity for alcohols;PEG and PA fibers had good extraction effect for acids;DVB/CAR/PDMS had the highest extraction capacity for ethyl hexanoate;CAR/PDMS and DVB/CAR/PDMS had good extraction effect for furans,aldehydes,and acetals.
