Chinese Baijiu is regarded as the quintessence of Chinese culture,and its unique ecological production system has given the products rich and colorful characteristics.This paper expounds on the ecological value of Baijiu from the aspects of social ecolo-gy,natural ecology,ecology of the producing area and human body ecology,so as to provide reference for the deep understanding of Baijiu industry.
