摘要
就业经历对个体后期成长过程中的思维方式和行为特征有着重要影响。基于新型职业农民的混合截面数据,采用Probit、Oprobit、中介效应和调节效应模型,从拓展性成长和效益性成长两个维度综合考察非农就业经历对新型职业农民成长的影响。结果表明:新型职业农民的非农就业经历能够通过发展能力烙印,促进其拓展性成长和效益性成长;政策支持能够强化非农就业经历对新型职业农民拓展性成长和效益性成长的影响。进一步分析发现,不同个体非农就业经历对其成长影响存在差异。应重视新型职业农民非农就业经历的经济和社会效应,多渠道促进新型职业农民能力提升,构建和保障新型职业农民成长壮大的政策支持体系。
Employment experience has an important influence on the thinking style and behavior characteristics of the individual in the later growth process.Based on the mixed cross sectional data of new-type professional farmers,this article uses Probit,Oprobit,mediating effect and moderating effect models to comprehensively examine the impact of non-agricultural employment experience on the growth of new-type professional farmers from the two dimensions of expansion growth and profitable growth.The results show that the non-agricultural employment experience of new-type professional farmers can promote their expansive growth and profitable growth through development of capabilities;policy support can strengthen the influence of non-agricultural employment experience on the expansive and profitable growth of new-type professional farmers.Further analysis found that for different individuals,the impact of non-agricultural employment experience on their growth is different.Based on this,efforts should be made to pay attention to the economic and social effects of non-agricultural employment experience and innovate agriculture-related support policies and differentiated cultivation to enhance the behavioral capabilities of new-type professional farmers.
