楼宇型综合智慧能源,是社会能源发展的方向,结合中国葛洲坝电力公司办公楼综合能源改造项目,从能源“供给的智能”及“使用的智能”两方面着手,坚持低碳、绿色、节能、环保智慧的设计理念,探讨了光伏、储能、智能照明、智慧楼宇综合能源管理系统等技术在楼宇综合能源改造中的应用。

Integrated intelligent energy building is the trend of social energy development.The integrated energy renovation work of the office building of China Gezhouba Group Electric Power Company is introduced.Two aspects,i.e.intelligent supply and intelligent usage,are considered in the renovation.Following the design concepts of low carbon,green,energy saving,environmental protection and intelligence,the applications of photovoltaic power,energy storage,intelligent lighting,integrated energy management system for smart buildings and other technologies in the renovation work are discussed.
