摘要
城轨车辆架大修"智慧车间"以装备自动化、智能化为基础,围绕维修计划管理、生产执行管理、设备管理、维修工艺/流程管理、物资管理等功能,通过信息化平台实现架大修车间的数字化、自动化和信息化管理。通过构架检修和轮对检修生产线的建设、运用,实现转向架、轮对检修线的半自动化生产,实现现场生产检修、设备控制、质量卡控、过程管控、数据采集的信息化管理。智慧车间的应用可有效提高检修效率和质量,降低能耗和检修成本。
The "intelligent workshop" for metro vehicle intermediate repair and overhaul is based on the automation and intelligence of equipment,focusing on the management of maintenance plans,production,equipment,maintenance,processes,materials,and other functions,and uses an intelligent execution platform for the digitization,automation and intelligent management of intermediate repair and overhaul workshops.The construction and application of production lines for the maintenance of frames and wheelsets enables semi-automatic production of bogies and wheelset maintenance lines,as well as information management of on-site production maintenance,equipment control,quality card control,process control and data collection.Intelligent workshops can effectively improve maintenance efficiency and quality,and reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs.
