摘要 文章首先介绍中低速磁浮线路轨道梁的型式及列车运行的特点,其次基于限界要求和接触轨的安装允许误差,分析曲线地段轨道梁拟合长度的影响因素。通过理论推导,得出中低速磁浮曲线地段轨道梁的最大拟合长度计算公式,然后计算不同曲线半径轨道梁的最大拟合长度值。结果表明,目前采用的曲线地段轨道梁拟合长度1 m偏于保守,由此给出轨道梁优化设计建议。 Firstly,this paper introduces the track beam types of medium and low speed maglev line and the characteristics of train operations.Secondly,based on the clearance requirements and the allowable installation accuracy of contact rails,the influencing factors of fitting length of track beam in curve section are analyzed.Through theoretical derivation,the calculation formula of the maximum fitting lengths of the track beams in the medium and low speed maglev curve section were obtained.Then the maximum fitting lengths of track beams with different curve radius were calculated.The results show that the fitting length of 1 m of track beam in a curve section is conservative,and some suggestions for optimal design of track beam are given.
