摘要
披碱草属植物是禾本科小麦族的多年生植物。该属植物大多为优良牧草,具有优异的抗逆、抗病基因,是改良麦类作物和生态建设的理想植物。然而,自披碱草属(Elymus L.)建立以来,对于其分类界限和系统地位的争议一直比较大。基于形态学特征的分类原则研究包括了狭义披碱草属、鹅观草属、猬草属、裂颖草属和仲彬草属等多个草属。因此,为进一步研究广义披碱草属植物的系统地位,明晰广义披碱草属植物的分类界限,对近年来广义披碱草属及其近缘属植物的分类与分子系统发育研究进行了概述,旨在为广义披碱草属植物的系统分类提供参考,并且对尚存在的一些问题和可能的研究方向进行讨论。
Elymus L.is a perennial plant belonging to the triticale family of the Poaceae.Most members of Elymus L.are perfect forages with excellent disease-and stress-resistant properties,which are ideal plants for improving wheat crops and ecological construction.However,since Elymus L.was first described as a genus,there has been a great controversy about its taxonomic boundary and systematic status.In the traditional morphology-based taxonomy,Elymus L.contained Roegneria C.Koch.,Hystrix Moeneh,Sitanion Raf.and Kengyilia C.Yen et J.L.Yang.Thus,to further investigate the systematic status of Elymus L.and clarify its taxonomic boundary,this study summarized the recent research in the molecular phylogeny of the genus Elymus and its related genera,which will provide a basis for the classification of Elymus L..Some issues and future research directions were also discussed.
