摘要
项目是会展企业的核心,决定了会展人才培养需围绕会展项目进行的必然性。从明确培养目标、构建课程体系、改革教学模式、搭建项目平台、完善评价机制等方面诠释多元项目驱动机制下应用型本科会展人才培养模式的内涵,组建认知性学习、实体性参与、模拟性参赛、自主性创新、学术性研究等项目资源库,正确处理好理论教学和项目实践、知识获取和素养提升、刚性项目运作和柔性课堂教学等之间的关系,对培养适合行业需求的应用型、复合型会展专业人才发挥重要作用。
Projects are the core of convention and exhibition enterprises,and therefore the indispensable means by which talents in this field are to be trained.This paper interprets the connotation of training mode of the application-oriented undergraduates majoring in convention and exhibition under the multi-project-driven mechanism from the following aspects:a clear training objective,the construction of the course system,the reform of the teaching mode,the construction of the project platform,and the perfection of the evaluation mechanism.It finds that a resource bank should be set up for cognitive learning,substantial participation,independent innovation,and academic research.Efforts should also be made to properly handle the relationship between theoretical teaching and project practice,knowledge acquisition and quality improvement,rigid project operation and flexible classroom teaching.All these measures may contribute greatly to the making of application-oriented compound talents for convention and exhibition.
