摘要
客家文化(闽西)生态保护实验区建设提出包括传统饮食在内的五大非遗旅游规划。在此背景下,文章介绍了闽西客家饮食文化资源的类型、特征,分析其在旅游开发中存在的不足,提出加强政府支持力度、塑造客家美食地标形象、丰富旅游开发模式、创新营销方式等饮食文化资源旅游开发的基本思路。
While constructing Hakka Cultural Ecological Reserve in Minxi,five major tourism plans have been put forward concerning intangible cultural heritages,including traditional diet.Against this background,this paper introduces the types and characteristics of the Hakka cuisine resources in Minxi,and analyzes the shortcomings in its tourism development.It then puts forward some basic ideas on the tourism development of catering cultural resources,such as strengthening the government support,shaping the image of Hakka People's food landmark,enriching the tourism development mode,and innovating the marketing methods.
