摘要
高校在创新创业人才培养工作中充当着重要角色,其中辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育的核心力量和创新创业工作的推动者更不容忽视。文章以工作要求—资源理论模型为基础,分析创新创业工作要求和工作资源对辅导员工作倦怠和工作投入的影响,最后从双路径、缓冲路径、应对路径三个方面来探究如何提升辅导员在创新创业工作中所应具备的能力,从而更好地推动创新创业教育工作,培养创新创业优秀人才。
Colleges and universities play an important role in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Counselors,as the core force of college students’ideological and political education and the promoters of innovative and entrepreneurial work,cannot be ignored.Based on the job demands-resources model,this paper analyzes the impact of innovative entrepreneurship work requirements and work resources on counselors’job burnout and job involvement,and finally explores how to improve counselors’ability in innovative entrepreneurship work from three aspects of“dual path”,“buffer path”and“coping path”,so as to better promote innovation and entrepreneurship education,and to cultivate outstanding talents of innovation and entrepreneurship.
