受疫情这一“黑天鹅”事件的影响,我国的入境旅游和商务旅游萎缩严重,酒店行业也遭遇重挫,众多酒店不得不寻求转型谋生存。恰在此时,国家提倡建立以国内大循环为主体,国际国内双循环相互促进的新发展格局,以帮助各行业重归正轨。在此背景下,高星级酒店可以利用员工培训和设施设备方面的优势,通过建立第四空间、共建社区文化、创新发展模式等方式,积极探索转型为服务周边社区居民为主的社区型酒店的可能性,为自身发展获得良机,也为酒店行业注入新活水。

Affected by the“black swan”incident of the epidemic,China's inbound tourism and business tourism have shrunk seriously.Not surprisingly,the hotel industry has suffered a setback.Many hotels have to seek opportunities for survival through transition.At this time,Chinese government advocates that the establishment of a new development pattern with the domestic circulation as the main part,and the international and domestic circulations promoting each other,so as to bring all industries back to the right track.In this context,upscale hotels can make use of the advantages of staff training,as well as its facilities and equipment to actively explore the possibility of transforming themselves into community hotels mainly serving the residents of surrounding communities.This can be done by establishing a fourth space,building community culture jointly and innovating its development mode.Hopefully,these measures may bring good opportunities for the development of hotels,infusing new energy into the industry.
