旅游新常态下旅游者获得感结构维度的研究 被引量:2

On the Structural Dimension of Tourists'Sense of Gain Under the New Normal of Tourism

摘要 文章基于旅游新常态的大背景,运用隐喻抽取技术通过旅游图片对多个旅游者进行访谈,深度挖掘旅游者的获得感,最终绘制出旅游者获得感的共识地图,对呈现出的认知结果进行质性研究。研究表明:旅游者获得感是旅游者在实际参与新常态发展下的旅游活动后,对这种客观获得在精神层面上产生的多维度主观感受和体会。通过共识地图发现旅游者获得感具体包含旅游生理获得感、旅游情感获得感、旅游社会获得感和旅游临场获得感四个维度。文章据此构建旅游者获得感的理论模型,并提出相应策略以期增强旅游者的获得感。 Under the new normal of tourism,this paper adopts Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique(ZMET)to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews with quite a few tourists by sharing some tour photos before drawing a consensus map of tourists'sense of gain based on the findings.This study defines tourists'sense of gain as tourists'multi-dimensional subjective feelings and experiences of this objective gain on the spiritual level after they actually participate in the tourism activities under the new normal.According to the consensus map,tourists'sense of gain can be explained from four dimensions:physiological,emotional,social and immersive.This paper builds a theoretical model of tourists'sense of gain and puts forward corresponding strategies to enhance it.
