摘要
目前,我国研学旅行已进入全面实施阶段,但同时还存在诸多现实的问题和困境。本研究基于家长的视角,结合调查问卷的IPA分析和供需双方的访谈,探究研学旅行产品在活动及课程设计、组织实施与管理、师资力量、知识与技能的提升、安全性等方面的不足;继而从研学旅行的氛围营造、标准体系的构建、三全育人研学模式的打造、产品开发与市场延伸等方面提出建议;以期对研学旅行机构的产品改进和政策标准的完善有借鉴意义,从而更好地实现研学旅行多元的教育功能和长远的社会意义。
At present,China's study tour has entered the stage of full implementation,but there are still many problems and difficulties.Based on the perspective of the demand side—parents,combined with the IPA analysis of the questionnaire and the interviews,this study explores the activities and curriculum design,organization and management,faculty,knowledge and skills improvement,security.Then,it puts forward suggestions from the aspects of creating the atmosphere of study tour,the construction of standard system,the construction of three whole education research mode,product development and market extension,in order to provide reference for the improvement of product and policy standards of research travel agencies,so as to better realize the diversified educational function and long-term social significance of study tour.
