大口径海底管道JCO成型三维动力分析

摘要 本文基于有限元方法研究了大口径海底管道JCO成型的动力过程,建立了板坯"预弯—成型"的三维有限元分析模型;同时,基于显式动力学算法,一次性连续求解了管道在预弯、成型过程中的应力、残余应力、等效塑性应变、残余变形和成型力等关键力学参数,分析了管道JCO成型后的封口形态和成型效果。进一步研究了管道在成型过程中沿轴向的不均匀应力应变分布规律,分析了凸模行程和凸模曲率半径对管道封口形态、应力、残余应力、等效塑性应变、残余变形和成型力等关键力学特征的影响。研究结果可为JCO钢管制造过程中的关键参数优选和成型效果评价提供理论依据,具有工程实用价值。 Based on the finite element method,the dynamic process of JCO forming of large-diameter submarine pipelines was studied.A three-dimensional finite element analysis model of slab‘pre-bending—forming’was established.Based on the explicit dynamic algorithm,the key mechanical parameters such as stress,residual stress,equivalent plastic strain,residual deformation and forming force in the process of pre-bending and forming were solved continuously at one time,and the sealing shape and forming effect of JCO were analyzed.The influence of punch stroke and radius of curvature on the key mechanical characteristics such as sealing shape,stress,residual stress,equivalent plastic strain,residual deformation and forming force was analyzed.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of key parameters and the evaluation of forming effect in the manufacturing process of JCO steel pipe,and have a practical value in engineering.
