摘要
目的分析首治癫痫患儿脑电图指标癫痫发作次数和发作持续时间与血清热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)表达的相关性。方法经医院伦理学会批准随机选择2019年1月1日至2021年1月1日诊治首治癫痫患儿63例,将其纳入病例组。同期选择体检健康的非癫痫儿童63名,将其纳入对照组。使用脑电图检查,并检测HSP70、HMGB1水平,分析其相关性。结果病例组患儿痫样放电(13.4±1.2)次、累及导联数(6.0±1.5)个,病例组患儿HSP70(53.3±2.2)ng/ml、HMGB1(402±10)pg/ml。其中单纯发作痫样放电(12.0±1.3)次、累及导联数(4.0±1.6)个最少,其次是复杂发作,而全身发作的痫样放电(16.0±1.4)次、累及导联数(7.6±1.6)个最高,单纯发作、复杂发作和全身发作上述两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中单纯发作HSP70、HMGB1水平最低,其次是复杂发作,而全身发作的HSP70(59.9±1.1)ng/ml、HMGB1(459±22)pg/ml水平最高。单纯发作、复杂发作和全身发作HSP70、HMGB1水平两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑电图痫样放电、累及导联数与HSP70、HMGB1水平呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论首治癫痫患儿癫痫发作次数多,发作持续时间长,且HSP70、HMGB1水平高表达的同时,指标之间呈正相关,建议密切关注脑电图指标和HSP70、HMGB1水平。
Objective To investigate the correlation between electroencephalogram and expression of serum heat shock protein 70(HSP70) and high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1) in children with newly diagnosed epilepsy.Methods With the approval of the hospital ethics society,63 children with newly diagnosed epilepsy admitted in our hospital from January 1,2019 to January 1,2021 were randomly selected in case group.Meantime,63 healthy children were set as control group.All children received electroencephalogram examination,HSP70 and HMGB1 detection.Then the correlation of the above indicators was analyzed.Results The periodic epileptiform discharges were 13.4±1.2 and number of involved leads were 6.0±1.5 in case group.Serum levels of HSP70 and HMGB1 were(53.3±2.2) ng/ml and(402±10) pg/ml in case group.The periodic epileptiform discharges and number of involved leads were 12.0±1.3 and 4.0±1.6 in simple attack group,while these two indicators were 16.0±1.4 and 7.6±1.6 respectively in systemic attack group,indicating that the periodic epileptiform discharges and number of involved leads were the least in simple attack group,followed by complex attack group,and were the most in systemic attack group( P<0.05).Serum levels of HSP70 and HMGB1 were(59.9 ±1.1) ng/ml and(459±22) pg/ml in systemic attack group,and the levels were the lowest in simple attack group,followed by complex attack group,and the highest were in systemic attack group(P<0.05).The periodic epileptiform discharges and number of involved leads were positively correlated with HSP70 and HMGB1 levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with newly diagnosed epilepsy suffer a high frequency and duration of attacks,and have elevated levels of HSP70 and HMGB1.Moreover,electroencephalogram parame-ters have positive correlation with HSP70 and HMGB1 levels,so the monitoring of those indicators is of great significance in clinical diagnosis.
