医教协同视域下高职临床医学人才培养模式改革分析 被引量:2

Analysis on the Reform of Clinical Medical Personnel Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges From the Perspective of Medical Education Collaboration

摘要 随着我国教育事业的不断发展,人们对于人才的培养要求发生了变化,不仅需要其具备丰富的专业知识,同时还希望其能够具备一定的实践经验以及创造性思维。对于临床医学来说,深化医学职业教育改革、落实医教协同改革制度成为了当前医学人才培养的有效机制。临床医学作为我国医学教育体系中最重要的专业,其中不仅包含了大量专业医学知识,同时也对医学生的实践能力有所要求,如果在临床医学专业培养体系中缺乏实践锻炼,那么医学生在毕业之后很难满足社会的需求,会出现难以就业甚至医学事故的情况。而学徒制医教协同临床专业人才培养模式就能够很好地弥补传统临床专业教学中实践引导不足的问题。本文将从医教协同的概念、医教协同视域下高职临床医学人才培养模式的优势、存在的问题以及人才培养模式改革措施四个方面进行相关论述,以供参考。 With the development of our country’s education,people not only need to have rich professional knowledge,but also hope to have a certain degree of creative thinking.For clinical medicine,deepening the reform of medical vocational education and implementing the reform system of medical education cooperation have become the effective mechanism of current medical personnel training.Clinical medicine,as the most important major in China’s medical education system,not only contains a lot of professional medical knowledge,but also requires the practical ability of medical students.If there is a lack of practical exercise in the training system of clinical medicine,it is difficult for medical students to meet the needs of society after graduation,and it will be difficult to obtain employment or even medical accidents.The apprenticeship medical education collaborative clinical professional training mode can make up for the lack of practice guidance in traditional clinical professional teaching.This paper will discuss the concept of medical education collaboration,the advantages,existing problems and reform measures of Higher Vocational clinical medical personnel training mode from the perspective of medical education collaboration,for reference.
