摘要
目的探索临床知识结构水平精准数字化评估体系在住院医师规范化培训临床师资管理中的作用。方法利用临床知识结构水平精准数字化评估体系,对68名内科师资进行两次100个案例测试,基于案例中涉及的知识点,对测试产生的大数据进行模块化分析,对测试对象的临床知识结构水平进行多维度数字化立体评估分析。结果临床知识结构水平精准数字化评估体系能客观反映师资的临床知识结构水平,推动师资队伍理论知识的高起点和同质化,从而优化师资队伍素质和提高带教质量,带动住院医师培训的规范化和同质化。结论临床知识结构水平数字化评估体系可成为住院医师规范化培训师资管理工具,作为师资遴选、师资考核、师资评价和激励的客观指标之一。
Objective To explore the role of accurate digital evaluation system of clinical knowledge structure level in the evaluation of residents standardized training teachers’ ability.Methods The accurate digital evaluation system of clinical knowledge structure level was established,and 68 internal medicine teachers were tested twice for 100 clinical cases.Based on the knowledge points involved in the case,the big data produced by the test was modularized.The clinical knowledge structure level of the test object was analyzed by multi-dimensional digital stereoscopic evaluation.Results The accurate digital evaluation system of clinical knowledge structure level can objectively reflect the level of clinical knowledge structure of teachers,promote the high starting point and homogeneity of theoretical knowledge of teachers,thus optimize the quality of teachers and improve the quality of teaching and promote the standardization and homogenization of resident training.Conclusion The digital evaluation system of clinical knowledge structure level can be used as a standardized teacher management tool for resident doctors,as one of the objective indicators of teacher selection,teacher assessment,teacher evaluation and encouragement.
