摘要
以某型军用电子设备箱体表面涂装过程中大量且反复出现的涂膜凹坑为研究对象,通过5M1E法对其原因进行分析,结合工艺验证手段,得出压缩空气含水量大、受硅酮化合物污染以及涂装车间温湿度不稳定三大影响要因。实施相应措施后,涂膜凹坑明显减少,涂装返工率得到极大改善。
The reasons for the repeated occurrence of a large number of pits for the coating on a military electronic equipment box were analyzed based on the 5M1E method,and then validated experimentally.It is concluded that high moisture content of compressed air,contamination by silicone compounds,as well as inconstant temperature and humidity of painting workshop are the three main factors.The number of pits on coatings and the repainting rate were greatly reduced after the implementation of some countermeasures.
