复配缓蚀剂用于水性丙烯酸涂料抑制闪锈的研究 被引量:2

摘要 将钼酸铵、苯甲酸铵和苯并三氮唑添加到水性丙烯酸涂料中,通过正交试验确定了复配缓蚀剂中上述3种缓蚀剂的最佳用量分别为0.1%、0.3%和0.3%。研究了复配缓蚀剂与不同市售防闪锈剂在21℃和35℃下的抑制闪锈效果及其对涂层耐盐雾性能的影响。结果表明,复配缓蚀剂与其他市售防闪锈剂相比,抑制闪锈效果良好,对涂层耐盐雾性能的损害最小。 Ammonium molybdate,ammonium benzoate,and benzotriazole were added to a waterborne acrylic paint,and their optimal dosage were determined to be 0.1%,0.3%,and 0.3%,respectively for preparing a composite corrosion inhibitor.The effectiveness of the composite corrosion inhibitor and other commercial anti-flash inhibitor and their effects on salt spray resistance of the acrylic coating at 21°C and 35°C were studied.The results showed that,as compared with the counterparts,the composite corrosion inhibitor had a good effect of suppressing flash rust at both 21°C and 35°C,and had the least impact on the salt spray resistance of acrylic coating.
