摘要
为了延长涂层的使用寿命,改善涂层被划伤后因水分子渗入、涂层附着力降低而导致的腐蚀蔓延情况,选用环氧树脂、固化剂、活性粉料、附着力促进剂及其他助剂制备了一种高固体分、低腐蚀蔓延的环氧底漆。分别讨论了固化剂、活性粉料及附着力促进剂对漆膜耐蚀性的影响,结果发现采用改性曼尼希碱固化剂,以6%磷酸锌、6%氧化锌、3%三聚磷酸铝和1%钼酸锌复配作为活性粉料,并且在加入0.5%附着力促进剂的情况下所制备的底漆的固含量达到80%以上,斯托默黏度仅95 KU,有利于施工。经中性盐雾试验120 h后,其漆膜的划线单侧腐蚀≤1 mm,1032 h后的腐蚀宽度约为1.26 mm,腐蚀蔓延水平较低。
In order to prolong the service life of coating and reduce the spread of corrosion caused by the penetration of water and the adhesion degradation of coating in case of being scratched,an epoxy primer with high solid content and low corrosion spread rate was prepared with epoxy resin,curing agent,active powder,adhesion promoter,and other auxiliary agents.The effects of different curing agents,active powder composition,and a homemade adhesion promoter on corrosion resistance of the primer coating were discussed.The results showed that the primer prepared with a modified Mannich base curing agent,0.5%of adhesion promoter,and a composite active powder comprising zinc phosphate 6%,zinc oxide 6%,aluminum tripolyphosphate 3%,and zinc molybdate 1%had a solid content higher than 80%and a Stormer viscosity only 95 KU,being favorable for application.The one-sided corrosion from the scratch for the primer coating was not larger than 1 mm after neutral salt spray test for 120 hours,and the corrosion of the substrate from the scratch was about 1.26 mm after neutral salt spray test for 1032 hours,indicating that the primer coating has a low corrosion spread rate.
