Construction and Development Path of the Urban Resilient Distribution Network

摘要 城市配电网是电网公司与用户之间的重要连接部分,是保证持续安全供电、维系经济稳定发展、确保社会正常运作的关键。随着城市建设的不断进步、规模的逐渐扩大以及越来越发达的信息化新兴技术,城市配电网系统更复杂、更开放,所面临的未知风险和不确定性因素也将愈加丰富。并且随着全球环境日趋恶劣,极端灾害发生日趋频繁,从而使得城市配电网在极端事件下更加脆弱,极易引发大规模的停电事故。研究城市韧性配电网,提升城市配电网在应对极端事件时的抵御力、恢复力和适应力。文章从城市韧性配电网建设和发展等方面开展调研和讨论,首先详细介绍城市配电网的概念及其建设的必要性,再对城市韧性配电网关键问题的研究现状进行调研,并对其研究方向进行展望。在文献调研的基础上,进一步对临港新片区韧性配电网建设方案提出参考建议,最后针对城市韧性配电网提出进一步的研究方向。 Urban distribution network,an important connection between the power grid companies and the users,is the key to ensure the constant and safe power supply,maintain the stable economic development and guarantee the normal operation of the society.With the continuous progress of the urban construction,the gradual expansion of the city scales and the increasingly advanced information technology,the urban distribution network system becomes opener and more complex,and the unknown risks and uncertainty factors it faces will become more abundant.In addition,with the worsening global environment,extreme disasters are occurring more and more frequently,which makes the urban distribution network more vulnerable to extreme events and large-scale power failure accidents.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the urban resilient distribution networks to improve their resilience and adaptability when dealing with extreme events.In this paper,the construction and development of the urban resilient distribution network will be investigated and discussed.Firstly,the concept of the urban distribution network and the necessity of its construction are introduced in detail.Secondly,the research status of the key issues of the urban resilient distribution network is inspected and its research direction is prospected.On the basis of the literature research,this paper then puts forward some suggestions for the construction of the resilient distribution network in Lingang New District in Shanghai,and finally gives the further research direction for the urban resilient distribution network.
