关于西汉淮南厉王刘长的出生问题,《史记》和《汉书》记载相矛盾。根据《史记》的记载,历代史家对淮南厉王刘长母的妊娠期都有评论,而且王云度先生更是提出了“刘长为刘邦养子”的观点。但经过考证发现《史记》的记载不误,刘长不应为刘邦养子,而为亲子。淮南王刘安的历史形象在中古时期发生了巨大的变化,其反叛者的身份逐渐被淡化,追求仙道、礼贤下士的形象逐渐被塑造,其最终的归宿也被构建为得道成仙,这一形象的构造应和道教的发展及其宗教宣传有关。

As for the birth of Liu Chang,King Li of Huainan in the Western Han Dynasty,the Historical Records and the Records of the Han Dynasty were contradictory.According to the Historical Records,Liu Chang's mother was pregnant for at least 12 months,which was commented by historians of all dynasties,and Mr.Wang Yundu even put forward the view that Liu Chang was the adopted son of Liu Bang.Through textual research,it is found that Historical Records was correct,and Liu Chang should not be the adopted son of Liu Bang,but the biological child.The historical image of Liu an,the king of Huainan,underwent great changes in the middle ancient times,whose identity as a rebel was gradually weakened,His image of pursuing immortality,treating the sages with curtesy,and having great respect for scholars were gradually shaped,and his destination was also constructed to become an immortal,which should be related to the religious propaganda of Taoism.
