基于“代谢断裂”理论的农户秸秆资源化利用研究

Study on Straw Resource Utilization Based on the Theory of Metabolic Rift

农作物秸秆资源化利用是实现循环农业、调整人和自然之间新陈代谢的过程。农户露天焚烧秸秆的违法行为会引起“新陈代谢断裂”,导致农村自然环境的系统性危机。研究发现:农户对秸秆资源化利用认知不够、对遵守环保法规的认知度很高、政府秸秆补贴对农户影响较小;农户对农作物秸秆资源化利用了解不多、秸秆利用成本较高、收益少等是农户不进行秸秆资源化利用的主要原因。应强化秸秆资源化利用的激励规制,推进秸秆资源化利用的产业化,加强农户秸秆资源化利用的技术培训。

Straw resource utilization is a process to realize circular agriculture and adjust the metabolism between human and nature.The farmers’illegal open-air straw burning will cause the metabolic rift and the systemic crisis of the natural environment in the rural areas.It was found that these farmers’cognition of straw resource utilization is not enough while their cognition of compliance with the environmental regulations is high,and the government’s straw subsidy has little effect on them.The main reason for it is that the farmers know little about straw resource utilization which costs a lot but produces a lower benefit.Therefore,it is suggested that incentive mechanism and industrialization of straw resource utilization should be strengthened and the farmers should be trained to better utilize straw resource.
