中药组分抗类风湿作用机制研究新进展 被引量:4

摘要 类风湿性关节炎属于“痹证”的范畴,患者除出现关节疼痛、肿胀甚或畸形导致活动受限外,也可累及心肺和神经系统而危及生命,始终是国内外医药研究的重点领域。通过整理分析近5年文献发现,萜类、黄酮类、生物碱类等中药组分抗类风湿作用显著,其作用机制主要为抑制NF-κB信号、抑制RA成纤维样滑膜细胞的增殖、调控Th1/Th2细胞平衡、降低炎症因子分泌等。中药活性组分在该疾病治疗中体现出多机制共存的特征,如萜类组分具有显著的抗微血管生成作用,黄酮类组分对抗炎及保护软骨作用尤为显著,生物碱类组分抗炎镇痛作用表现突出,酚酸类组分可明显抑制RA发展中促炎因子的分泌。 Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)belongs to the category of Bi syndrome in TCM.In addition to the symptoms of joint pain,swelling or even deformity,the disease can also involve heart,lung and nervous system and will endanger the patients′lives.It has always been the key field of medical research at home and abroad.Through sorting and analyzing the literature in recent five years,it is found that terpenoids,flavonoids,alkaloids and other Chinese medicinal components have a significant anti-rheumatoid effect,and the mechanism is mainly to inhibit NF-κB signaling pathway,inhibit the proliferation of RA fibroblast-like synovial cells,regulate Th1/Th2 balance,and reduce the secretion of inflammatory factors.Chinese medicinal active components demonstrate co-existence of multiple mechanism,terpenoids have significant inhibitory effects on the formation of microvessels,flavonoids have remarkable effects on anti-inflammation and cartilage protection,alkaloids show great effect on anti-inflammation and analgesia,and phenolic acids can greatly inhibit the production of inflammatory factors during the development of RA.
