摘要
利用电沉积法制备甲烷氧化菌素(methanobactin,Mb)功能化纳米金(Au nanoparticles,AuNPs)修饰电极,采用循坏伏安法(cyclic voltammetry,CV)对抗坏血酸进行检测。结果表明,在电沉积扫描圈数为30,使用pH值为7.0的0.1 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液(phosphate buffer solution,PBS)时,抗坏血酸在修饰电极上具有良好的电流响应。在0.001 mol/L~0.030 mol/L浓度范围内,抗坏血酸浓度与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,R^(2)为0.9946,检出限(limit of detection,LOD)为1.32×10^(-6) mol/L。对果蔬制品实际样品测定的加标回收率为96.3%~105.8%,为抗坏血酸的检测提供参考。
In this study,in situ preparation of an electrode modified with methanobactin(Mb)functionalized Aunanoparticles(AuNPs)using electrodeposition was conducted.Cyclic voltammetry(CV)was used to detect ascorbic acid.The results showed that when the number of scanning cycles of electrodeposition was 30 and 0.1 mol/L phosphate buffer solution(PBS)with pH7.0 was used,ascorbic acid exhibited a good current response to the electrode modified.In the concentration range of 0.001 mol/L to 0.030 mol/L,the ascorbic acid concentration had a good linear relationship with the peak current(R^(2)=0.9946)and the limit of detection(LOD)was 1.32×10^(-6)mol/L.The recovery rates of standard addition for the determination of actual samples of fruit and vegetable productswere 96.3%-105.8%,which provided a reference for the detection of ascorbic acid.
