摘要
针对现有辅助人工采摘机械存在的结构复杂、操作困难以及采摘环境差等问题,设计了一款基于气压传动的半自动高空水果采摘收集机械装置。此装置采用气压传动的设计思路,由一个小型气泵提供压缩空气,由电源、电磁阀以及导气管组成气压传动系统,利用曲柄滑块机构和类球型剪切机构完成对高空水果的采摘。通过对气缸进行受力分析,计算出所需的最大压强为0.25 MPa采用有限元计算软件计算出光轴所受的最大应力为8.640 4 MPa,满足轴的强度要求。
In view of the complex structure, operation difficulties and poor picking environment of the existing auxiliary artificial picking machinery, a semi-automatic high-altitude fruit picking and collection machine based on air pressure transmission was designed.Using the design idea of air pressure transmission, a small air pump provides compressed air, power supply,solenoid valve and guide pipe composed of air pressure transmission system, using crank slider mechanism and spherical type to complete the picking of high altitude shear mechanism. Force analysis of the cylinder calculated a required maximum pressure of 0.25 MPa.The maximum stress of the shaft of 8.640 4 MPa, was calculated using finite element calculation software. Meet the strength requirements of the shaft.
