摘要
针对某型航空发动机中央传动锥齿轮在实际使用中因行波共振造成的从动轮断裂失效问题,采用仿真分析与试验验证相结合的手段,研究了弧齿锥齿轮参数变化对行波共振特性的影响。结果表明:在不同温度下,随着辐板厚度的增加,齿轮发生行波共振的转速和频率增加;在满足齿轮设计有关要求前提下,调整辐板厚度可避开共振转速或共振频率。
Aiming at the failure of the driven wheel of a certain type of aero-engine central drive bevel gear, caused by traveling wave resonance in the actual use, a combination of simulation analysis and experimental verification is used to study the effect of parameter changes of spiral bevel gears on traveling wave resonance characteristics. The results show that at different temperatures, as the thickness of the web increases, the speed and frequency of the gear’s traveling wave resonance increase.Under the premise of meeting the relevant requirements of gear design, adjusting the thickness of the web can avoid the resonance speed or resonance frequency.
